My coaching philosophy is based on an incremental approach to nutrition and fitness. My intent
is not to start you off with a plan containing kale salads and crossfitt on day one; that would
result in a quick burnout.  Rather we look at your current exercise/nutrition program and make
incremental changes based on your likes and abilities. We then evaluate a week or two later and
make additional incremental changes until you are happy with your results.  This takes some
time, and requires us to work together, but it results in a tailored plan that can work for you long
after we are done working together.

PFA Coaching services I provide:
  • I work with you to improve your current training plan to insure you pass the PFA and stay
    off FEP
  • I work with you to improve your nutritional plan for both weight loss and strength building
  • 24/7 e-mail access to me
  • Weekly phone calls, TXT or E-mail  to keep you on track
  • A guarantee you are happy with my services. If not I will refund your last payment.

I charge
a monthly subscription fee month for private coaching and offer a 50% discount for
those that are preparing to enter the service.
Once you are following an exercise and nutritional
plan and have passed your last PFA we will discuss lowering the fee.

I offer a "no-pass, no-pay" guarantee. If you fail any portion of the PFA I will refund you 100% of
your last payment.
